Happy Birthday Antonya , was lovely to see you today. Hope you enjoy opening all those cards and presents eee. Have put a few pics of Daniel on - not got any from the zoo due to the fact neither he nor Emily kept still long enough!!

    Hi there, thought these pics were ok as just of our kids, but I will text Antonya to check - she got copies yesterday to keep at St Columbas. Checked email - I can send on the images again if you want them for a separate album? Not followed up much on laptop, good chance I can rebuild one I have here, but thought it best to wait and see what Antonya thinks is best.

    Hello everyone,
    finally been able to sign onto here but i still have no idea how to write a proper blog, so if anyone can help please let me know lol!
    Anyhow, Antonya asked me to pop on a little update for her!
    Last Wednesday Antonya was able to sit at the side of her bed for just over an hour eating her usual 3 course dinner!
    We had a small birthday bash for her on Sunday and now she is surrounded in gifts, flowers and beautiful cards! Daniel sang a beautiful "Happy Birthday" too xx

    Hi everyone
    Antonya was 'looking good' today. She was up on her feet to meet Daniel at the door when he arrived with Kath (from the nursery). They both went for a walk around the ward with her 'zimmer'. Daniel decided to go very fast but Antonya was able to keep up - just!!
    Great to see her up on her feet and able to get about.
    She is a superstar!!

    Hi!
    Hope everyone had a good weekend.
    Antonya had a good one apart from the lady in the bed next to her being up all Saturday night calling for the nurses.
    She is still very tired but has been getting up and about managing to walk Daniel to the ward door and dress herself in the morning which is FAB!!
    No chemo this week so no trip to the Western. She may have to go for an x-ray to check her progress but unsure when that will be.
